To maximize your rehabilitation and ease the transition into an exercise based program, Thrive facilitates personal training services with a select group of fitness professionals in the same therapeutic gym environment that you became comfortable with during your therapy sessions.

With approval from your doctor, our certified fitness professionals will communicate with the physical therapy staff to develop individualized exercise programs that continue to improve one’s overall wellness and health.

  • We start by assessing your current fitness level, health history, and any specific challenges or limitations you may have. Together, we set clear and achievable short-term and long-term fitness goals tailored to your desires and needs.

  • Based on your assessment and goals, our personal trainers create a customized exercise program that may include strength training, cardiovascular workouts, flexibility training, and more.

  • Our trainers are your partners in fitness. They provide motivation, encouragement, and ongoing support to keep you on track and overcome obstacles.
